Our procedures are regularly updated to align with health and safety regulations for both our guests and staff. We closely follow the latest guidelines from the World Health Organization, the Greek Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Tourism, and our team is continually trained on the latest Covid-19 protocols.
Rooms & Public Areas
All rooms and common areas at Voca Hotel & Suites are cleaned thoroughly with appropriate disinfectants throughout the day. We use internationally compliant cleaning products, including the latest antibacterial and antiviral solutions to ensure your comfort and safety.
Staff
Our housekeeping team is trained to use steam cleaners and UVC radiation devices for disinfecting purposes. In addition, our staff wears face masks and can provide guests with antibacterial hand sanitizers, masks, and disposable gloves upon request.
Check-In / Check-Out
To ensure a safe experience, all reception areas are clearly marked to maintain the 1.5-meter social distancing rule during check-in or any other interactions, such as activity bookings or transfers. We recommend using paperless communication wherever possible.

We've updated our Flexible Cancellation Policy to provide a wider cancellation window for your peace of mind. Please contact us directly for any questions regarding your reservation.
For your convenience and safety, we recommend processing payments via credit card or contactless methods. You'll only need to handle your disinfected key card when checking in.
